Error codes after ECM reprogramming

Yep, the ECM reprogram was the only thing I had done. Once up to temperature, the engine would sporadically rev to 2k and stick there until I shut it down, then, on restart, it would idle at 800 or so. The lean bank 1 and 2 codes were the only ones. I will double check all the air intake and vacuum lines this weekend to make sure they aren't the issue, but hey. I needed an excuse to get a better diagnostic tool anyway, right?
