2017 6.2 with stuck #8 exhaust lifter

I'm working on my wife's 2017 GMC Sierra 6.2 and the #8 exhaust lifter is stuck in the lifter bore. I saw a slide hammer type lifter puller in one of your videos but I don't see it on your website, is it available for purchase? Is the cam likely damaged at this point?
